Really pleased with the honesty of the guys hereI had a breakdown (COMPANY) check my vehicle which was believed to be a starter motor fault with a new one needed so rang up S&M and got it into them it turns out after bring diagnosed it was a new battery needed at a lower cost to myself and all work done and back within 24 hours which is great as self employed.
Really would recommend, I had expensive/extensive work to be done on my car. (A bent tracking rod, suspension gone on one side and the other clinging to life. When driving the car was completely unsafe, leaning heavily to one side, the steering wheel was 90 degrees off centre and it was knocking like I was driving over rocks. The car now runs smoothly and a thousand times better. I work in the community in health and social care so my car is part of my job and life, they did it in one day for a fair price and worked with me because of my situation. I can't thank them enough, I would definitely recommend them, the staff are all polite and friendly (even gave my children sweets while we were waiting for them to do the final check) I will be using them for my car maintenance going forwards.

Honestly the best garage I have ever used. Not only are they helpful, friendly and go above an beyond for my crazy schedule, they are extremely knowledgeable and have helped me so much with understanding my car, and helping to fix the weird and random issues I bring them! I am not the easiest of customers, and they have never ever made me feel awkward or bad in any way.

Replaced radiator and lower radiator pipe. Old car so took a bit of time getting the parts. Really neat job. And price wise no one got even close. They fitted radiator hose, extra to any other garage I got quotes from, and they were still cheaper. Definitely worth a punt if looking for a trustworthy garage.👍

Outstanding service!!! Popped in due to have a slight knocking noise on my BMW M340i. They were able to look at it and identify the issue straight away, when 3 other garages couldn’t! I can’t recommend Bigs and Hardeep enough for their help. Amazing service!

Most importantly, i don't feel like I'm being ripped off, as a woman, some garages can take advantage, but with this one, i found them to be genuine. Went for mot first and later for suspension work.rebuilt the whole suspension front and back suspension bits within two days that includes front and back lower arms,tie rods,stabilisers and lot more,truly impressed with their work and the knowledge they have.Reasonable prices.Will recommend to all.

HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY AND an EXPERT in his fieldI Broke down, this garage was about 10mins walking distance on a Google search, saaqib (the owner I think) asked me to stay with my car and not leave it unattended on the road, he actually came to me! I mean who does this nowadays (apart from mobile mechanics but that's a whole different business set up)He began to inspect the car and located the problem straightaway, it was a broken clip thingy on a connecter that goes into the coil pack, he put the connector back on but wasn't happy to leave it that as he new I had about 1 and half hour drive back to brum, he then drove the car back to his garage and fixed the connector clip securely so it does not cause any issues on my drive back on the motorway.Saaqib also wouldnt accept any payment off me, he said it was OK, I belive he may have felt all he did was fix the connector back in place, however to me it was a big relief that I was bale to get back home and made a stressful situation better for me. He new I was in a desperate situation and could have charged me whatever he wanted and put in parts that I didn't need to get business but he never. I just want to say a big thank you for getting me back on the road safely today saaqib.We need more honest and reliable business owners like you, I pray that your business goes from strength to strengthMy name is Kam by the way, I don't think I introduced myself earlier as you got straight to diagnosing the issue and I made it back without any issues and the car drove great 👍

I had a problem with my alternator on my Nissan truck problem was diagnosed within a couple of hours told it would be done the next morning excellent service would highly recommend and first time I have use this garage will definitely use again.

I went in to repair my rear diffuser - it happened to be a quick job but I was expecting to pay but the staff were extremely nice and waved the charge. Very friendly staff and definitely recommend them.
